You’d have to have been living under a rock for about a decade now – if the “news” of a security apparatus agency, anywhere in the world, looking into ways of – very – effectively exploiting facial recognition, surprises you.
But here appears to be more proof of how it’s done in the US – at least where the FBI and the Department of Defense have gone about it.
