Where Biden Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson stands on free speech issues

On February 25, President Biden nominated Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to become the 116th Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. She previously served as a district judge for the US District Court for the District of Columbia and as US Circuit Judge for the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.

The process of Jackson’s eventual confirmation involved two days of Senate Judiciary Committee hearings, which concluded on Thursday.
