After pushing for Big Tech censorship, mainstream media outlets will now complain about alt-tech “echo chambers”

? Media outlets aren't happy about the rising popularity of alt-tech platforms that embrace free speech.

Over the last few years, mainstream media outlets have perfected the process of transforming Big Tech platforms into digital echo chambers.

First, they amplify the narrative that Big Tech platforms aren’t doing enough to tackle “hate speech,” “misinformation,” and other censorship buzzwords that they’ve concocted. This mainstream media pressure leads to the introduction of new Big Tech censorship policies which prevent certain topics or perspectives from being discussed on these social media platforms.
