New Brave feature adds forum discussions to search results

Brave Search has introduced a new feature that brings results from forums such as Reddit into search results. So, users do not have to add “Reddit” or “StackExchange” to their searches when they are looking for answers from actual humans on the web.

Results from forums will be under a section labelled “Discussions.” Brave will choose what posts to put under that section based on their popularity, recency, upvotes, and relevancy. For now, Brave will display posts from Reddit and StackExchange. It will add more forums and platforms “in the near future.”

“Discussions” will not appear on all searches. Brave says it will appear in search queries about travel, coding, products, current events, and “highly unique or specific questions.”
