In case anybody thought that the Biden administration played a key role in the recent, controversial to say the least, executive order concerning AI - reports are now looking to dissuade them that might be the case.
It's not a stretch to imagine the impetus for the order coming from the outside, so, Big Tech - that would only further confirm its symbiotic relationship with the White House.
But was that key player - the "ideology" of effective altruism?
A report now claims that this role was reserved for the RAND Corporation, which in turn has a "monetary relationship" with Big Tech - namely, the think tank received some $15 million in grant money from Open Philanthropy.
