YouTube has permanently banned a Christian channel called theDove. The Google-owned video sharing platform banned the channel for โ€œrepeated violationsโ€ of its policies.

YouTubeโ€™s campaign against independent views continues, with one of the latest victims being theDove.

From theDove:

โ€œOn March 22, 2021 theDove was permanently banned from YouTube. Over 15,000 interviews and segments have been posted to YouTube and theDove has experienced millions of views. In todayโ€™s cancel culture YouTube has deleted every video.โ€

YouTube claims the channel was banned for violations of its presidential election integrity and COVID-19 misinformation policies.

โ€œIn accordance with our long standing three-strikes system, we terminated the channel theDove for repeatedly violating our COVID-19 misinformation and presidential election integrity policies,โ€ a YouTube spokesperson said.

The three-strikes system results in permanent banning of a channel if the platformโ€™s policies are violated three times within a 90-day period.

In February, YouTube also permanently banned another Christian channel, LifeSiteNews. At the time, YouTube did not explain why the channel was banned.
