Nebraska LB 1092, the Online Age Verification Liability Act, makes any commercial site with a substantial share of material harmful to minors verify a visitor is 18 with a reasonable method reading government ID or transaction data. Enforcement is a private right of action for a person harmed and for anyone whose identifying data the site unlawfully kept.
