How Facebook spends its cash trying to avoid antitrust action

Those with the most to lose from any new legislation aimed at curbing Big Tech’s market monopoly spend the most money and time trying to undermine it, even before it gets a fair chance of being debated and possibly adopted.

Google has been doing this, organizing anything from what appear to be fake “grassroots” campaigns, to hiring professional lobbyists to advance their pushback against better antitrust regulation.
