2010 FTC Settlement

The 2009 hacks that led to Twitter settling with the FTC share many parallels with the recent Twitter hacks

The settlement was in relation to two 2009 hacks where intruders compromised and tweeted from several high profile accounts including the account of then-President-elect Barack Obama.
