Four employees of the Fresno Yosemite International Airport were recently fired after their TikTok video went viral and was brought to the attention of the airport management.

The four employees posted a 15-second video of them dancing casually on an area in the airport which appears to be not busy at all.

They posted the video on TikTok and soon enough the video went viral.

This was brought to the attention of airport management. Unfortunately, instead of taking it positively, the management deemed it otherwise and fired the four employees.

A co-worker of the four employees tweeted the video from TikTok and said that it was harmless and doesn’t obstruct the airport operation.

This resulted in several tweets defending the four employees and criticizing the airport management.

Dannon Kredo, one of the dismissed employees, said that he doesn’t understand what’s bad about their video.

He believes that it was a positive promotion instead of a negative one for the company.

Defending what they did further, Kredo said that the plane for the day was already done, all the luggage was taken care of, and their duty was done before they filmed the video.

Most people have expressed support for the four employees and think that firing them for what they did is a mistake for the company.

Although the four men were contracted by another company to the Fresno Yosemite International airport who fired them, the airport management still condemns what the employees deed.

According to airport management, the employees displayed inappropriate behavior in the work environment:

“In the video, the employees’ inappropriate behavior in the work environment displays poor judgment and does not reflect the conduct expected of individuals working at FAT.
The company employing these individuals has taken corrective action concerning the parties involved, as well as instructed the removal of the unauthorized video from social media. FAT is working with the company to retrain its staff on appropriate behavior and to prevent these types of events in the future.”

They have also instructed the removal of the video from TikTok.
