GETTR’s short video feature Vision, which is in beta testing, is now available to more people. The feature is an alternative to Big Tech competitors like TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Vision allows users to create entertaining 60-seconds videos with technology that matches its big rivals like TikTok. Its main selling point is that GETTR is more of a free-speech platform compared to mainstream rivals.

Vision has a library of more than 100,000 hits, alternate reality and special effects, filters, soundtrack editing, video editing, and stickers. Earlier this week, the company announced that Vision is now available to all users with the latest version of the app.

“Vision announces GETTR’s arrival as a tech company which can go toe-to-toe with the Big Tech dinosaurs – and we’re only just getting started. This week, we’re also introducing 4K livestream for content creators, and later this summer we’ll have GETTR Pay, giving influencers a chance to be paid fairly for their work. Our goal is to become the ultimate all-in-one free speech platform, and we won’t rest until then,” said GETTR CEO Jason Miller.

GETTR was formally launched on July 4, 2021 and continues to add new features.
