In the First Amendment case that saw Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., two more citizens and a publisher go against Senator Elizabeth Warren, the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has issued its opinion confirming a district court’s previous denial of request for a preliminary injunction.

Other than being about First Amendment-related speech issues, the case is also another that highlights the phenomenon of “jawboning” and how it is handled by US courts.
