Facebook has banned former congressman Dr. Ron Paul for 90 days.
Facebook alleges that the Liberty Report host has shared โfalse information.โ
Paul took to Twitter to announce the censorship, saying, โFacebook has restricted my Ron Paul Page for โsharing false information.โโ
The video that appeared to trigger the censorship was Paulโs interview with the Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla.
โI shared an interview with the Pfizer CEO saying in his OWN WORDS that two shots offers “very limited protection, if any,” Paul wrote on Twitter. โit was HIS OWN WORDS! What say you @Meta? You call that a โfact checkโ?โ
Paul has shared images of the โfact checkโ and censorship message he received.
The censorship of Paulโs page came almost a year to the date that he was locked out of his Facebook page.
In January of 2021, Ron Paul was blocked from posting to and managing his popular Facebook page after the tech giant accused him of โrepeatedly going against our community standards.โ
Paul wrote that he and his team had never received notice of violating community standards in the past and added that the offending post hadnโt been identified by Facebook.
