CryptPad is an end-to-end encrypted office suite you use entirely in the browser, covering rich text, spreadsheets, presentations, kanban, forms and a whiteboard. Everything is encrypted in your browser before it reaches the server so the host genuinely cannot read your documents. The flagship instance at CryptPad.fr is run from France or you can spin up your own. It is open source under the AGPL and funded by subscriptions rather than advertising. Choose it if you want private, shareable documents without having to trust the server.

- Full suite plus encrypted CryptDrive storage
- Open source and self-hostable
