Gpg4win

Gpg4win is the official Windows package for GnuPG, bundling the GPG engine with the Kleopatra certificate manager and GpgOL for Outlook. It gives Windows users a graphical way to create keys, encrypt and sign files, and manage contacts’ public keys without living in a terminal. It is developed by g10 Code and Intevation, the same people behind GnuPG, and is free and open source. Because it is built on GnuPG it interoperates cleanly with every other OpenPGP tool. Choose it if you are on Windows and want PGP file and email encryption with a usable interface.
