Lumo

Lumo is Proton’s hosted assistant for people who want a ChatGPT-style experience without the data harvesting. Your saved chat history is protected with zero-access encryption, meaning Proton cannot read your stored conversations and the company keeps no logs of your prompts or replies. It runs on open models in Proton’s European data centres and the web and mobile apps are open source under GPLv3. It is not truly end-to-end encrypted, though, because the model has to read your prompt to answer it so you are trusting Proton not to peek during processing. Choose it if you want privacy-by-policy convenience, especially if you already use Proton.
