The New York Times’ “not real journalism” smear of Project Veritas is being played out in court

It seems that there may not be many more complex, yet scarcely complexly defined, by design, and now poorly understood pieces of legislation in the democratic world than that pertaining to free speech and freedom of the press, as it is supposed to be “protected” by the US Constitution’s First Amendment.

This impression comes to light once again in the ongoing case of Project Veritas legally squaring off against the New York Times, and the way the “newspaper of record” is treating this media newcomer, that happens to have a conservative slant.
