The Digital ID and Online Age Verification Agenda

A huge threat to privacy and the free and open internet.

Last year, several state-level online age verification laws were blocked or faced legal challenges due to their potentially unconstitutional nature. But proponents of these bills are downplaying these First Amendment concerns and in 2024, plan to push ahead with their mission to upend the nature of the internet and transform it into a sanitized, restrictive space where online age verification is the norm.
