PeerTube is the option with no company at all. It is open-source software from the French nonprofit Framasoft. Anyone can run an instance, which then federates with others over ActivityPub and shares bandwidth peer-to-peer. No single owner can deplatform you because you can always host your own. The flip side is that there is no central Odysee or Rumble to sign up to. Your experience depends on the instance you pick. Discovery is patchy and audiences are smaller. It is the strongest choice if you want full control and no corporate gatekeeper.
